Where to grow you Grow Kit?

Indoors, in a high-traffic area so that you'll remember to check on your mushroom babies.  Ours typically end up on the kitchen counter or a bookshelf but a spare bathroom and the garage are both good options to. 

Want to get involved?

We'd love to supply your restaurant for grocery with our fresh mushrooms and delicious mushroom jerky.  

We are always looking for partnerships with sawmills and woodworkers, coffee shops, sugarcane growers/juicers located on Oahu. If you are interested in working with us, please reach out to us!

What is your shipping policy?

We typically ship USPS.  If you have a preferred carrier or would like to order bulk, please contact us ahead of time.  Packages may be consolidated for easier shipping. Please understand that Hawaii is in the middle of the Pacific Ocean so transit times maybe be longer.  

We are currently only shipping within the United States, if you have an international request, please contact us directly.

What is your return/refund/exchange policy?

If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason please contact us within 30 days of purchase at info@honolulumushrooms.com stating the reason you are requesting a refund or exchange and a picture of the defect if possible. We will honor all refund requests. Refunds will be given for the purchase price as store credit. Due to the global health crisis, we thank you for not returning any items to us.

Are Honolulu Mushroom Company foods safe to eat?

Absolutely! We carefully selected specific strains for the mushrooms to thrive in our climate and all the necessary permits for our company to thrive!

We grow in a clean, indoor environment, free of nasty pesticides. It is still recommended to quickly rinse your mushrooms (but don't let them soak).  As always, we do not recommend eating mushrooms from the wild.  If you don't know what you're about to eat then you really shouldn't be eating it.  

Are Honolulu Mushroom Company products organic?

Honolulu Mushroom company make every effort to make the most sustainable and environmentally friendly decisions possible. At this time we are not certified organic but all of our products are natural, holistic, and pesticide-free! 

Should I be concerned about gluten or other allergies?

We are not aware of any allergens with fresh mushrooms and they do not contain gluten. However, our Day Trippers Mushroom Jerky and Bap Bomb seasoning may contain or be exposed to allergens. Please read each label closely and contact us with any questions you have.

We do operate a shared commercial kitchen that uses Eggs, Dairy, Wheat, Soy, Sesame, Nuts.
